BBQ Burgers / Rissoles
These moist, flavourful rissoles are a hit for any meal. Perfect for brekkie with an egg and hollandaise or dinner with some veggies and mash. They also freeze really well!
- 1kg Beef Mince
- 500gm Pork Mince
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup pure cream
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium onion
- salt & pepper
- mixed herbs
- Grate onion and carrot into a large bowl.
- Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste along with eggs, almond meal and cream.
- Stir well to combine these ingredients then add minces and using hands mix thoroughly.
- Form burger patties with your hands and then cook on BBQ or hot pan in a little olive oil.
